1. About Us

AARKVEE AGRO EXPORTS is an exporter of rice, grains, spices, fruits, vegetables and other agricultural products from India. This website provides information about our products and services and allows buyers to send enquiries.

2. Use of the Website

• You may use this website only for lawful purposes and for genuine business enquiries.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected database.
• You must not submit false, misleading or spam enquiries.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, images, specifications and descriptions are for general reference only. Natural products may vary in colour, size, moisture and other characteristics by crop season and origin. Final specifications are confirmed in the proforma invoice or sales contract.

4. Quotations and Prices

• Prices are not published on this website and are quoted on request.
• Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them and are subject to change based on market rates, exchange rates and freight costs.
• An order is confirmed only after both parties sign a proforma invoice or sales contract and the agreed advance payment is received.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms (such as T/T advance, balance against documents, or L/C at sight) are agreed for each order and stated in the sales contract. All bank charges outside India are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipments are made on FOB, CFR or CIF terms as agreed in the contract, interpreted according to the latest Incoterms.
• Shipment dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, ports, customs, weather or government action.
• Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.

7. Quality, Inspection and Claims

Goods are inspected before dispatch. Third-party inspection (such as SGS) can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost. Any quality claim must be raised in writing within 7 days of the goods arriving at the destination port, supported by an independent survey report. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.

8. Samples

Samples are available on request. Courier charges may be payable by the buyer and may be adjusted against the first confirmed order.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, crop failure, pandemics, strikes, war, export restrictions or changes in government policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to AARKVEE AGRO EXPORTS or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. The website is provided "as is" without any warranty that it will be error-free or always available.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
